Hill Country Barn Builders is a marketing and lead generation service. We connect landowners with independent, licensed local contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not perform construction work, and we do not design, price, or supervise any project.

No contractor relationship with us

Any work you arrange is a direct agreement between you and the independent contractor. You contract with that contractor for any design, pricing, scheduling, and construction. We are not a party to that agreement.

No warranty

We do not warrant the work, materials, conduct, licensing, or insurance of any contractor you are matched with. The site and its information are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The permitting and cost information on this site is general information, not legal, engineering, or permitting advice, and rules change, so verify current requirements with your county.

Disclaimer of liability for contractor work

Compass Camper LLC is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, work, or agreements of any contractor. Any dispute about a project is between you and the contractor.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any introduction. Any direct liability is limited to a nominal amount.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
